The accommodation is suitable for max. 4 persons and consists of 2 bedrooms, a sitting room and a bathroom. Because the accommodation is built into the rock wall, it stays cool in summer.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with 2 electrically adjustable single mattresses (2x 80×200 cm), bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90×200 cm).

In the sitting room there is a sofa and 2 sheep-leather chairs, a TV with satellite receiver, with which all Dutch TV and radio channels can also be received. There is a pellet stove for heating if needed.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet. Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided for our guests.

Rates

We apply a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Prices per week:
2026
  • Low season: October 31, 2026 to December 31, 2026 € 125 per day / € 875 per week.
  • Mid-season: September 12, 2026, to October 31, 2026. €150 per day / €1,050 per week.
  • High season: June 20, 2026, to September 12, 2026. €190 per day / €1,330 per week.

2027

  • Low season: January 1, 2027 to March 27, 2027 and from October 30, 2027 to December 31, 2027 € 125 per day / € 875 per week.
  • Mid-season: March 27 to June 19, 2027, and September 11 to October 30, 2027: €150 per day / €1,050 per week.
  • High season: June 19, 2027, to September 11, 2027. €210 per day / €1,470 per week.

2028

  • Low season: January 1, 2028 to April 1, 2028 € 125 per day / € 875 per week.

You can choose a selected time period to request an option and quote.

All prices include electricity and gas, use of wireless internet (WiFi) and pool, free firewood, weekly clean linens, cleaning once a week during your stay. Beach towels are also provided.

The final cleaning fee is €60.

The deposit is 30% of the total rental. This confirms the reservation and must be paid within 3 days of the rental request. We would like to receive the balance 6 weeks before you arrive with us.

Regular cancellation fees:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival 30% of the rent (the reservation amount).
Less than 6 weeks before arrival 80% of the rent. In case of non-cancellation or non or partial occupation of the accommodation, 100% of the rent applies.
Finally, we have made every effort to pay attention to safety. However, we can never be held responsible for accidents. The stay at Vivenda Oliveirinha is therefore entirely at your own risk.
