The accommodation is suitable for max. 4 persons and consists of 2 bedrooms, a sitting room and a bathroom. Because the accommodation is built into the rock wall, it stays cool in summer.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with 2 electrically adjustable single mattresses (2x 80×200 cm), bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90×200 cm).

In the sitting room there is a sofa and 2 sheep-leather chairs, a TV with satellite receiver, with which all Dutch TV and radio channels can also be received. There is a pellet stove for heating if needed.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet. Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided for our guests.

Rates

As a general rule, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

• Low season: January 1, 2028 to April 1, 2028 € 125 per day / € 875 per week.
• Mid-season: 1 April to 17 June 2028 and 9 September 2027 to 28 October 2028 – €160 per day / €1,120 per week.
• High season: 17 June 2028 to 9 September 2028 €220 per day / €1,540 per week.

All prices include electricity and gas, use of wireless internet (WiFi) and pool, free firewood, weekly clean linens, cleaning once a week during your stay. Beach towels are also provided.

The final cleaning fee is €60.

The deposit is 30% of the total rental amount. This confirms your reservation and must be paid within 3 days of submitting your rental request. We ask that you pay the remaining balance no later than 6 weeks before your arrival.

Standard cancellation fees:
Up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental amount (the reservation fee).
Less than 6 weeks before arrival: 100% of the rental amount. In the event of a no-show or failure to occupy the property in full or in part, 100% of the rental amount will also apply.
Finally: we have done everything possible to ensure safety. However, we can never be held liable for accidents. Your stay at Vivenda Oliveirinha is therefore entirely at your own risk.
